6 in the freaking morning

So waking up was easy today. Yup, so easy in fact I woke up 3 hours before I had to get up. I mean come one. it's my chance to sleep in a little. Sure 9 isn't that late, but it's something. No, what does my body decide to do, be wide awake at 6 in the freaking morning. Of course when I woke up I thought it was late and that I overslept, but then when I look at my phone I wanted to through it across the room. Naturally, I just turn over and go back to sleep quite easily. So damn easily that I wake up at 7 and then again at 8. I was literally anticipating my 8:45 alarm to tell me I had 15 minutes left to just lay in bed and not think.

The plus is I made it in time for my advising meeting, had enough time afterwards to make it across campus for my one and only class of the day. And then before said class I had enough time to fill out most of my application for majoring in communications and journalism (double majoring!!!).

All that is left is pile of work and finding out who I should put down as my third reference for the application. Someone who's seen my writing. Hmmm...

I'll work on that.

Vlog #1

Mundane Weekend

If I were to sum up my weekend and what my expectations are. They would be groceries, homework (lots of reading and taking notes), cleaning my room, and finally doing laundry. Yup as boring as can be. It’s weekends like these that make me feel old. Being away from home makes you grow up because if you don’t the world will eat you alive.

 

Seriously, I wanted to buy to pair of pants but all I thought was how far that money would go for groceries. Don’t I feel old?

 

Well I’m thinking of starting a 12 day vlog challenge, of course they’ll only come out weekly. Fingers crossed that they come out okay and that I don’t look like shit. Until later.

Down to the last days

Sad to say that by the end of the week I will be back in CS. Going to miss the homemade food and the luxury of having a full kitchen (Darn you dorm life!!!). But I hear I'll live. It's the way it always is. Time home is always the best. Many movie nights and going out to town with my seesters. Simple yet what can I say I am a simple kind of girl.

Today I spent time with Yvonne and Tina. Amazing time. We finally spent some time with La Lohan and I made chocolate chip waffles (oh I am going to miss the luxury of a kitchen) with strawberry toppings for her birthday. I'm such a dork, but I hear the way to anyones heart is through their stomach.

As for now, well sleep seems to be evading me. Another sleepless night for me it is.
